Solution

Length of the carpet = Total cost / Rate = 3600/30 = 120 m
Let breadth of the room be x metres
Then 120*75/100 = 15*x or x = 6 metre

Area=length×Breadth×wide
=15×75×x=1125x
1920/1125x ×8
x=0.212=breadth
