Volume of a wall, V = l × b × h
V = 8 × 4 × 0.2
V = 32 × 0.2
V = 6.4 m³
Volume of a wall = 6.4 m³
Cost of constructing 1 m³ of a wall = ₹ 25
Cost of digging 6.4 m³ of a wall = 25 × 6.4 = ₹ 160
Hence, cost of constructing a wall is ₹ 160.

= 8 × 4 × 20/100
= 6.4 cu cm
Rate = 25 per sq m
6.4 × 25 = 160
