Length of the Garden = 120m = l
Breadth of the Garden = b
Perimeter of the Garden = 2(120 + b)
Rate for fencing the Garden = 0.75 Rs / m
Therefore,
2(120 + b) x 0.75 = 300
1.5(120 + b) = 300
120 + b = 200
b = 80 m

Area of the Garden = l x b
                                = 80 x 120
                                = 9600 m^2
