So we can divide cost of plot by the rate of plot to findploe total area oftota ,

32400 / 90
= 360 m

So that the area of square = 360 m^2

Now we find the cost levelling surface of plot.
It is Rs 20 per sq. m

360 × 20

= 7200
So that the cost of plot at rate of rs 20 per sq. m is Rs 7200
