Hello Dear.

Given , Cost of leveling a square lawn at Rs. 15 per square meter is Rs 19935.

Area of the square Lawn x 15 = 19935 

Area = 19935/15
Area = 1329 m² .

∵ Area of the square = side²
∴ side² = 1329
 side  =  √1329
side = 36.45 m

Now,
Perimeter of the square lawn = 4 x side 
= 4 x 36.45
= 145.82 m.

Now ,
The cost of Fencing the lawn at Rs. 15 per meter = Perimeter of the square lawn x Rs.22 .

= 145.82 x 22

= Rs. 3208.4
