Cost of leveling lawn = 15 Rs/sq meter
Total cost = 19935  Rs
Area of lawn = 19935   = 1329 sq meters

Area of square lawn = side*side = 1329 
Length of each side = 36.45 meters
If cost of fencing the lawn = 22 Rs/meter
Total perimeter of fencing = 4*Side = 4*36.45 = 145.8
Total Cost of fencing = 145.8*22  = 3208 Rs
