The cost of manufacturing an article is divided between materials, labour cost and overheads in the ratio 4:3:1. If the cost of materials rises by 35%, labour cost rises by 20% and overheads decrease by 10%, find the percentage increase in the cost of article.​

If the total cost be Rs. x, then

3x8=234

=> x=234×83= Rs.624
