The original cost of potatoes/kg= 13 Rs.
New cost = 13 - 20% of 13
= 13 - (20*13)/100
= 13 - (13/5)
= (65 - 13)/5
= 52/5
= 10.4 Rs.

Now the cost of pototes/kg =10.4 Rs.

;)
hope it helps

Answer:

₹10.4

Step-by-step explanation:

Original price = ₹13

New cost =  13 - (20 x 13 )

                          100

= 13 - 13

         5

=   65 - 13   =      52

         5                5

 = ₹10.4 per kg
