2(l+10)=96÷2(since cost of fencing is 2 per metre)

2l+20=48

2l=48-20=28

l=28÷2=14

|=14

area of rectangle=lb sq. units

=14×10m^2

=140m^2

cost of cultivating 1m^2=₹5

cost of cultivating 140m^2=5×140

=700 rs

therefore cost of cultivating is₹700
