x × 35 = 4480
x = 4480 / 35
x = 128 m

In₹35 1 metre is fenced , therefore in ₹1 (1/35) metres will be fenced ,hence in ₹4480 ,(1/35)*4480metres will be fenced = 128 metres.
Perimeter of field = 128 m
4*length of each side=128m
Length of each side=(128/4)=32metres
