The cost of TV is rupees 36000. If the cost is increased to rupees 40000, what is the increase percent?

Cost of TV =36000
It was raised to 40000
Cost increased =40000-36000
=4000
increase percentage =(4000/36000)×100
=(100/9)%
=11.11%
