let the cost of shirt be x
Therefore , cost of trouser = 12/100 × x
= 12x/100

= x + 12x/100
= 112x/100

therefore acc. to ques
x + 112x/100= 1113
212x/100 = 1113
212x = 111300
x = 111300/212
x = 525

Trouser = 112x/100
Rs 588
= 112×525/100
= Rs 588

X+(X*112%)=1113
X+(X*112/100)=1113
(100X+112X)/100=1113
212X/100=1113
X=1113*100/212
X=525 for a shirt
Trouser
525*112/100=588
