convex mirror, diverging mirror, or fish eye mirror is a curved mirrorin which the reflective surface bulges toward the light source.Convex mirrors reflect light outwards, therefore they are not used to focus light.

A convex mirror is that kind of mirror in which light is reflected from the convex or bulging-out surface of the mirror.
Example--- The backside outer shining surface of steel spoon.
