In criminal jurisdiction every Judicial Magistrate is subordinate to Chief Judicial Magistrate and Sessions Judge. Every Chief Judicial Magistrate and Assistant Sessions Judge is subordinate to Sessions Judge. Every Sessions Judge is subordinate to High Court.

Subordinate court is a generic term which is used in reference to a court (superior court to subordinate courts). Taking the example of District Court all the courts below the District Court will be subordinate courts.

Please see the below examples;

District Subordinate courts, on the civil side (in ascending order) are, Junior Civil Judge (JCJ) Court, Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Senior Civil Judge Court (also called sub-court).

District Subordinate courts, on the criminal side (in ascending order) are, Second Class Judicial Magistrate Court, First Class Judicial Magistrate Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court.

hope it works Pls mark it as brainliest...

best of luck for future
