the current is flowing in South direction along a power line.the direction of magnetic field above the power line is??plz answer with proper explanation

SHARADHAMZA: Though the magnetic field is circular in nature its orientation (Clockwise or Anticlockwise) depends on the direction of the current.
So,the direction of magnetic field above the power line is going towards the west.
