csa = πrl = 308

= 22/7 × r × 14 = 308

= r = 7cm

L² = r² + h²

so, 14² = 7² + h²

h = √147 = 12.12cm

TSA = πr(l+r)

= 22/7 × 7 (14 + 7)

= 22 × 21

= 462 cm²
