The answer is given below :

Let us consider that the radius of the base be r cm and height be h cm.

Then, the curved surface area, A = 2πrh cm²

Given that,

A = 1760 cm² and r = 14 cm

=> 2πrh = 1760

=> 2 × π × 14 × h = 1760

=> h = 20, putting π = 22/7

Therefore, the height of the cylinder be 20 cm.

Thank you for your question.

Answer:

C.S.A = 1760 cm²

base radius = 14 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

=> 2πrh = 1760

=> 2×22/7×14 × h = 1760

=> 2×22×2 × h = 1760

=> 88 × h = 1760

=> h = 1760/88

=> h = 20

Therefore, the height of the cylinder be 20cm .
