$2\pi \: rh = 4400cm {}^{2}$

$2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 17.5 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}$

$\frac{44}{7} \times 17.5 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}$

$\frac{770}{7} \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}$

$110 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}$

$h = \frac{4400}{110}$

$h = 40cm$

$volume = \pi \: r {}^{2} h$

$\frac{22}{7} \times 17.5 \times 17.5 \times 40$

$\frac{269500}{7}$

$= 38500cm {}^{2}$
