circumference = 110cm

2\pi \: r = 110cm

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 110cm

 \frac{44}{7}  \times r = 110cm

r =  \frac{110}{1}  \times  \frac{7}{44}

r = 17.5

csa = 4400cm {}^{2}

2\pi \: rh = 4400cm {}^{2}

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 17.5 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}

 \frac{44}{7}  \times  17.5 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}

 \frac{770}{7}  \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}

110 \times h = 4400cm {}^{2}

h =  \frac{4400}{110}

h = 40cm

volume = \pi \: r {}^{2} h

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 17.5 \times 17.5 \times 40

 \frac{269500}{7}

 = 38500cm {}^{2}

Hope it will help you .
