Curved surface area of cylinder = 2Pi×r×h

so, 4620 = 2 × 22/7 × r × 21

4620 = 44×3×r

4620 = 132 × r

r = 4620/132

r = 35

There's no circumference of cylinder..

You must have typed circumference in place of radius mistakenly..
