2\pi \: rh = 704 \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \times 28 = 704 \\ 2 \times 22 \times r \times 4 = 704 \\ r =  \frac{704}{2 \times 22 \times 4}  =  \frac{704}{176}  = 4

r=4 cm

volume \: of \: cone =  \frac{1}{3}\pi \:  {r}^{2}  h

 \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {4}^{2}  \times 28

 \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 16 \times 28

 \frac{1408}{3}  {cm}^{3}
