CSA = 4.4
r = 0.7
h= ?
v = ?

csa = 2\pi \: rh

4.4 = 2×22/7 × 0.7 × h

4.4 = 4.4h

4.4 / 4.4 = h

h = 1m

Now
volume = \pi \: r  \:  \:{}^{2} h

= 22/7 × (0.7)^2 × 1

=. 22/7 × 4.9 × 1

=. 22× 0.7

= 15.4m^3
