CSA = 88

→ 2πrh = 88

→2×22/7×14×r =88

→88r = 88

→r=1

→radius = 1cm

→diameter =2cm

Given :

Curve surface area = 88{cm}^{2}

Height = 14cm.

We know that ,

\boxed{\bold{Curve\:surface\:area=2\pi rh}}

According to the question,

\implies\bold{Curve\:Surface\:area=88{cm}^{2}}

\implies\bold{2\pi rh= 88{cm}^{2}}

\implies\bold{2\times \dfrac{22}{7} \times r\times 14cm = 88{cm}^{2}}

\implies\bold{88cm\times r = 88{cm}^{2}}

\implies\bold{r = 1cm}

\therefore{\bold{Radius=1cm}}

Let find the diameter of the cylinder,

we know that , diameter is 2 times the radius , so

\therefore{\bold{Diameter=2\times 1cm = 2cm}}
