Let the original wage of person be x
Then, his new wage is x+(25% of x) = 25

A.T.Q,

25% of x = 25-x

 = > \frac{25}{100} \times x \: = 25 - x \\ = > \frac{1}{4}x \: = 25 - x \\ = > \frac{1}{4}x + x = 25 \\ = > \frac{5}{4}x = 25 \\ = > x = \frac{25 \times 4}{5} \\ = > x = 20
Hence, His daily wage(original wage) before the increase was ₹ \bf\color{blue}\mathbb{20}.
