mass m= 6.62×10 -3 kg

velocity v= 2×10ttp 7 m/sec

now Planck's constant h =6.62×10 ttp -34 j-s

now By de Broglie wavelength eqn

lemda = h/p
= h/mv
=6.62×10 ttp -34/6.62 ×10ttp -3×2×10ttp7
=0.5×10ttp -34 -4
= 5×10 ttp -39 m Ans
