Answer:

Because the density of saline water is more than of fresh water. The density of Saline Water is (1080 kg m per cube) and the density of fresh water is ( 1000 kg m per cube). So, it is easier for swimmer to swim in saline water because of density.

Answer:

According to me,

  • The dead sea has a very high salt content and the concentration reaches 34%.
  • This high concentration of dissolved salts in the water makes the water more denser than that of plain fresh water.
  • Since our body weight is lighter than the density of the water, it gives more buoyancy or buoyant force.
  • Hence we float on the dead sea.
