hello student here is your answer

given - lambda = 4.33 x 10^-4 year –1

to find - half life period (T)

formula - T = 0.693 / lambda

calculation- from formula,

T = 0.693 /4.33 x 10 ^-4

final answer = 1600 years..

Generic PnP Monitor had somehow got disabled and was causing the issue. Here are the steps to fix it:

  • Click on Start and search for Device Manager. Open it
  • In the list of devices, locate Monitors and double click on it
  • Right click on it and click on Enable
  • That's it. Once I did this, I was able to change the brightness both using keys and from Mobility center.
