saprotrophic organisms (I.E.) fungus and bacterium are organisms which obtain nutrition from dead and organisms which are about to die and therefore survive on them . Take this in the form of an experiment take one or two bread slices and keep it in a plastic box or cover after 2-3 days you will find something grey or green growing on it which is fungus and it is Saprotrophic which depends on the stale bread for nourishment and do not touch the bread and dispose the bread away without touching it .
