answer-

let one of the angles be x

so, other angle = 9 more than twice of x

other angle = 2x+9

now, we know that sum of two complementary angles = 90

so, x + 2x+9 = 90

3x+9 = 90

3x = 90 - 9

3x = 81

x = 81/3

x = 27

so one of the angle is 27

other angle is 2*27 + 9 = 54+9 = 63

angles are = 27 and 63

hope it helps
