4
x/(x+3)=(×+5)/(×+3+5)=4/5 (let x as numerator)
(x+5)/(x+3+5)=4/5
(x+5)/(×+8)=4/5
x+5=4/5(x+8)
x+5=(4x+32)/5
5(x+5)=4x+32
5x+25=4x+32
5x-4x=32-25
x=7
If x is numerator then denominator is x+3= 7+3=10
