the denominator of a fraction is 3 times the numerator if 2 is added to an numerator the fraction is equal to 1 what is the original number

let numerator be x
denominator is 3x
equation
2+x /3x=1
2x+2=3x
2= 3x-2x
2=x
denominators = 3×2=6 fraction is 2/6

The original number is 1/3..........

bcz if we add 2 to numerator fraction will become 1 and denominator is 3 times the numerator
