y=4+2x

y-6=12x-72

subtracting first from second
12x-2x-y-(-y)=66-(-4)
10x=70
x=70/10=7
putting value of x=7 in(1)
2(y)-y=-4
14-y=-4
y=14+4=18
fraction obtained=7/18
