Since the denominator of a fraction is 5 more than the numerator. So, A/A+5

Again, if we subtract 2 from the numerator and denominator, then we get 1/6. So,

(A-2)/(A+5–2)=(1/6)

>>(A-2)/(A+3)=(1/6)………(1)

>>6A-12=A+3

>>5A=15

>>A=3

Using the value of A, (1) becomes

(A-2)/(A+3)=1/6

>>(3–2)/(3+3)=1/6

>>1/6=1/6
