Answer:
Let the numerator be x.
Denominator=x+4
According to the question,
x+11/x+4-1=7/3
x+11/x+3=7/3
7(x+3)=3(x+11)
7x+21=3x+33
7x-3x=33-21
4x=12
x=12/4
x=3
Therefore numerator is 3
denominator=3+4=7
Oringinal number=3/7
