Let the numerator be x, and denominator be y.

A/q,

x + 10 = y \\ x + y =  - 10....1 \\ x + 19 + y - 1 =  - 10 \\x + 18 + y =  - 10 \\ x + y =  - 10 - 18 \\ x + y =  - 28.....2  \\  \\ subtracting \: eq \: 1 \: from \: 2

x + y  =  - 28 \\ x  -  y =  - 10 \\ x =  - 38 \\ putting \: the \: value \: of \: x \: in \: equation \: 1 \: we \: get

x+y= -10

-38 +y =-10

y= -10+38

y=28

So the fraction is -28/38

hope it helps..
