Given:-

•Denominator of a rational number ia greater than the numerator by 9.

•If the numerator is increased by 2 and the denominator is decreased by 2.

To Find:-

•The new expression for new denominator is

Solution:-

Let consider numerator be x and denominator be (x+10).

Therefore we will get fraction

 \:  \:  \sf \:  \frac{x}{x  + 10}

Now,it is given that numerator is increased by 1 and denominator is decreased by 1.

New numerator=(x+1)

New denominator=(x+10-1)=(x+9)

Therefore,we will have fraction

 \:  \:  \sf \:  \frac{(x + 1)}{(x + 9)}

Hence,the new expression denominator is (x+9).
