Heya !!!

Let the numerator of fraction be X.

Denomination = ( X - 5)

Fraction = Numerator/Denominator = X/X-5.

According to question,

X + 5 / X -5 = 11/6

X + 5/ X-5 = 11/6

6 ( X + 5) = 11(X-5)

6X + 30 = 11X-55

11X - 6X = 30+55

5X = 85

X = 85/5 = 17

Therefore,

Numerator = X = 17

And,

Denominator = X - 5 = 17-5 = 12

Fraction = Numerator/Denominator = 17/12

Hey!!
______

Let the numerator of fraction be X

the denominator = (X - 5)

Fraction = Numerator / Denominator = X / (X - 5 )

A/q X / (X - 5 ) = 11 / 6

=> X + 5 / X - 5 = 11 / 6

=> 6 ( X + 5 ) = 11 ( X - 5 )

=> 6X + 30 = 11X - 55

=> 6X - 11X = - 55 - 30

=> - 5X = - 85

=> X = 17 => Answer

Numerator = 17

Denominator = X - 5 = 17 - 5 = 12.

Therefore in fraction = Numerator / Denominator = 17 / 12.
