Let numertor be x
=> x/x+13

Both numerator and denominator is increased by 2,
=> x+2/x+13+2 = 4/3 .......given
= x+2/x+15 = 4/3
= 3(x+2) = 4(x+15) ......by cross multiplication
= 3x+6 = 4x+60
= 3x-4x = 60-6
= -x = 54
=> x = -54 ( answer )

Hope it helps you....
