hey mate here is your answer

Here we have the following data--

Methanol is CH3OH with molar mass of 32g.

Now we have 2.45 molar solution which means there are 2.45 moles of Methanol per every litre of solution.

Mass of Methanol in every litre= 2.45 X 32 =

78.4g

Mass of every litre of solution = 976g (The Density is provided)

Mass of solvent = 976 - 78.4g= 897.6g

Molality= Moles of Methanol / Mass of Solvent(KG)

2.45/0.897= 2.72 Molal solution

hope it's help you
