height of well ==> 15m
radius ==> 3.5 m

volume of cylinder ==> pie(r)^2(h)
==> (22/7 × 3.5 × 3.5 × 15)m^3
==> (22 × 0.5 × 3.5 × 15)m^3
==>577.5 m^3

So that the volume of cylinder is 577.5 m^3

Solution:

Given that,

Well is in the shape of cylinder

Height => 15 m

Radius => 3.5 m

Volume of well =>?

We know that

Volume of well (cylinder ) =>
 = > \pi \: {r}^{2} h \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times {3.5}^{2} \times 15 \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times 12.25 \times 15 \\ = > 22 \times 175 \times 15 \\ = > 38.50 \times 15 \\ = > 577.50m \: cube
