In secular state any body is allowed to put forward his claim ,argument or appeal.There is a functional system of justice in the form of supreme court. so any community having any sort of appeal must be put forward in a proper way.Taking law of the land in own hands is never allowed in a secular and democratic state. so destroying the structure of any place of worship is not welcomed by the system of the country. Even the supreme court of India has declared the demolition as a criminal act. So demolition of this place of worship by taking law in own hands has really damaged the sanctity of the secularism of the country.
