diagonal = 60 + breadth

lenght = 30 + breadth

let lenght be x

breadth be y

 =  > x = y + 30 \\  =  >  \sqrt{ {x}^{2} +  {y}^{2}  }  = 60 + y \\  =  >   \sqrt{ {(y + 30)}^{2} +  {y}^{2}  }  = 60 + y \\  =  >    \sqrt{ {(y)}^{2} + 60y  + 900+  {y}^{2}  }  = 60 + y \\  =  > 2 {y}^{2}  + 60y + 900 =  {y}^{2}  + 120y + 3600 \\  =  >  {y}^{2}  - 60y - 2700 = 0 \\  =  >  {y}^{2}  - 90y + 30y - 2700 = 0 \\  =  > y(y - 90) + 30(y - 90) = 0 \\  =  > y = 90 \\  =  > x = 120

dimension of rectangle is 90*120

hope it helps you
