The diagnols of a rhombus measure 16cm and 30cm.Find its perimeter

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

diagonals of the rhombus are 16cm and 30cm.

when they bisect each other, 4 right angle triangle are formed.

the base of the triangle will be = 16/2

= 8cm

height of the triangle = 30/2

= 15cm

by Pythagoras thereom:-

a²+b² = c²

8²+15² = c²

64+225 = c²

289 = c²

c = √289

c = 17cm

hence the side of the rhombus is 17cm.
