There is no way to find the answer with given data, the question is incomplete as parallelogram has two diagonals (Smaller and Larger). Plus you need angle between the sides to calculate the values, you can use cosine law.

c^2=a^2+b^2−2a*b*cos(C)

PunitB: Since the question does not state which diagonal, you can safely assume the parallelogram as Rectangle and solve the problem
Anonymous: It's the sum of vector
Anonymous: We have to use component rule in This
subhra5: right
Anonymous: I am telling u I know the answer
Anonymous: My heart pls inbox me, I can tell u the answer
PunitB: A = |3 2 -7| & B = |5 6 -3| A*B = i[(2x-3) - (-7x6)] - j[(3x-3) - (-7x5) ] + k[(3x6) - (2x5) ] = 36i - 26j +10k. Value = sqrt (36^2+26^2+10^2) = 45.519.. Area of parallaogram = 1/2*45.52 = 22.76
