Here is your answer
Diagonal = 34 cm
Breadth = 16 cm
Length = L

l {}^{2}  = (34) {}^{2}  - (16) {}^{2}  \\ l {}^{2}  = 1156 - 256 \\ l =  \sqrt{900}  \\ l = 30cm \:  \: answer \\ now \:  \:  \\ area = l \times b \\  = 30 \times 16 \\  = 480sq \: cm \:  \:  \:  \: answer
Hope it helps you

Solutions :-

We have,

Diagonal = 34 cm
Breadth = 16 cm

Let the length be x

Find the length of rectangle :-
We know,

(Diagonal)² = (Length)² + (Breadth)²

A/q

➣ (34)² = x² + (16)²
➣ 1156 = x² + 256
➣ x² = 1156 - 256
➣ x² = 900
➣ x² = (30)²
➣ x = 30

So,
Length = x = 30 cm

Now,
Find the area of rectangle :-
We know,

Area of rectangle = (Length × Breadth) square unit
= (30 × 16) cm²
= 480 cm²

Answer : Length of rectangle = 30 cm
Area of rectangle = 480 cm²
