Hey! Here is ur answer...

Given :-
one side = a = 4cm
nd diagonal = h = 5cm
Let, the other side be 'b'
Now,
By applying pythgoras theorem ;
h { }^{2} = p {}^{2} + b { }^{2}
find base,
b^2 = h^2 - p^2
b^2 = (5)^2 - (4)^2
b^2 = 25 - 16
b^2 = 9
b = 3
So, the two sides are 4cm and 3cm
Then ;
Area of rect. = length × breadth
ar. = 4 × 3
ar. = 12 cm^2

Hope this helps u...Plz mark it as brainliest...☺

Adisha01: To get equal value of b in both cases mutiply it
Adisha01: multiply eq(1) with 3 and eq(2) with 2
Adisha01: to get b = 6 in eack cases
Adisha01: so now the eq becomes; a/b = 3/6 and b/c = 6/10
Adisha01: So, a:b:c = 9:6:10
Adisha01: Hope u understood!!!
Adisha01: If yes plz mark my ans as brainliest
Adisha01: in last 4th cmnt a/b is 9/6...sry i have written wrong by mistake
uniqueboy123: thanks
Adisha01: wlcm...☺
