The diagonals of a parallelogram are 3i – 4j – k and 2i + 3j – 6k. Show that the parallelogram is a rhombus

Answer:

taking dot product

(3i-4j-k).(2i+3j-6k)

= 6-12+6

=0

hence diagonals are perpendicular to each other

and the parallelogram with diagonals intersecting at right angle is rhombus
