The diagonals of a rhombus are 16 cm and 30 cm. Find the length of the side of the rhombus.

➡Since, the diagonals of a rombus bisects each other

BO=OD=8cm.

AO=OC=15cm

And angle AOB=90 degrees.

So, By Pythagoras theorem ,

AB^2=AO^2 + BO^2

AB^2=(15)^2 + (8)^2

AB^2=225 +64

AB^2 =289

AB= √289

AB=17 cm.✔✔
