As we know that the diagonals of rhombus bisects each other by 90°
(half of I diagonal)²+ (half of II second)²=side²
Here, (8/2)²+(15/2)²=side²
4²+(15/2)²=side²
16+225/4 =side²
{64+225}/4 =side²
(289/4)=side²
√{289/4} =side
17/2 =side
8.5 cm =side
