Hey Friend,

Diameter = 70 cm
Radius = 35 cm

Circumference = 2 x  x r
                        = 2 x 22/7 x 35
                        = 220 cm
                        = 2.2 m

Distance = 110 m

Number of revolutions = Distance / Circumference
 made by the wheel     = 110 / 2.2
                                     = 50

Therefore, the wheel makes 50 revolutions to cover 110 meter.

Hope it helps!
