Answer:

The time taken by the child to cover the field once is 615.75 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know P(circle) or circumference is equal to π*d.

So, P(circle)=14π

We also know that speed is equal to distancedivided by time.

So, time=speed*distance.

In our case, distance is 14π metres & speed is 14 metres per minute.

So, time=14π*14=196π ~= 615.75 minutes

Answer:

diameter of a circle 98 meter (Given)

A whole round of a circle= Circumstance of a circle.

We know that

Circumstances of a circle = π × d

Circumstance of circle = 22/7 × 98

Circumstance of a circle = 22 × 14

Circumstance of a circle = 308 meter

Now the child walk 14meter per minute.

then for 308 meter it will take 308 / 14

= 22 minutes

Answer- It will take 22 minutes to walk round the field once.

Hope this answer is useful.
